- How long is the drive from Paradise to your office?
About 20 minutes. Take Flamingo Road west to I-215, exit at Summerlin Parkway, then take Rampart Blvd south. Alternatively, take I-15 north to I-215 west.

Yes. We accept most PPO dental insurance plans, including those common among hospitality and gaming industry employees. Our team will verify your benefits before treatment.
- I work nights on the Strip. Do you have appointments that work for my schedule?

- Can you help with teeth grinding from a stressful job?
Yes. Bruxism (teeth grinding) is extremely common among people in high-stress occupations. Dr. Cohan provides custom nightguards that protect your teeth while you sleep and can also address TMJ pain, headaches, and muscle tension related to clenching.
- Do you see UNLV students and staff?
Absolutely. We welcome UNLV students, faculty, and staff. We accept most PPO insurance plans and offer CareCredit financing with 0% interest for 12 months for those with out-of-pocket costs.
- I chipped a tooth and have a shift tonight. Can you fix it fast?
Call us at (702) 341-9160 right away. For minor chips, dental bonding can often be completed in under an hour. For more significant damage, we will provide a same-day temporary restoration so you can get back to work looking and feeling confident.
- Is your office worth the 20-minute drive from Paradise?
Paradise residents who have experienced our office say yes. The one-patient-at-a-time model means no waiting, the 3D imaging catches problems invisible on regular X-rays, and Dr. Cohan’s 31 years of experience means you are in expert hands. Many of our Paradise patients tried closer offices first.
- Do you offer cosmetic dentistry for people in the entertainment industry?

- Can you treat a dental emergency from the Paradise area?

- Do you offer affordable options for patients without insurance?

- What is the new patient process like?
Your first visit includes a comprehensive examination, digital X-rays, a 3D CBCT scan when needed, oral cancer screening, and a thorough discussion of findings and options. Complete the new patient forms online before your visit to save time.
- Do you treat patients from the UNLV area?
Yes. The UNLV campus, Maryland Parkway corridor, and surrounding neighborhoods are all within our service area. The drive is approximately 20 minutes via I-215 or Flamingo Road.
- Can you help me with bad breath that will not go away?
Persistent bad breath (halitosis) often has a dental cause: gum disease, tooth decay, or bacterial buildup. Dr. Cohan will identify the source and provide appropriate treatment. It is a more common concern than you might think, and there is no reason to be embarrassed.
- I have a gap in my front teeth. What are my options?
Options include dental bonding (quickest and most affordable), porcelain veneers (most aesthetic), Invisalign (if the gap is caused by alignment), or a dental bridge or implant if a tooth is missing. Dr. Cohan will recommend the best approach based on your anatomy and goals.
- Do you offer preventive care to help me avoid expensive problems?
Yes. Twice-yearly cleanings, exams, fluoride treatments, and early detection through 3D imaging are the most cost-effective investments in your dental health. Catching a small cavity early costs a fraction of treating a root canal later.
- Is parking available at your office?
Yes. We have a large, free parking lot at 851 S. Rampart Blvd., Suite 230. No meters, no garages, no stress.
- What technology do you use that I would not find at offices near Paradise?
3D CBCT cone beam imaging, AI-assisted radiology, TRIOS digital scanning, and Digital Smile Design. This combination of technology is typically found in specialty practices, not general dental offices.
- Can I get Invisalign at your office?
Yes. Invisalign clear aligners are an excellent option for adults who want straighter teeth without the appearance of traditional braces. Dr. Cohan will evaluate your bite and alignment to determine if you are a candidate.
- Do you treat TMJ and jaw joint problems?
Yes. TMJ disorders causing jaw pain, clicking, headaches, and difficulty opening your mouth are evaluated and treated at our office. Custom nightguards and therapeutic protocols provide relief for most patients.
- How do I get started from the Paradise area?
